Urban Hearth | Boston Tasting Menu Adventure 🍽️✨

Ever since joining the Tasting Collective membership last year, my friends and I have been exploring monthly 5-course chef's menus—and this Cambridge gem is my absolute favorite so far! 📍 Urban Hearth 2263 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02140 🍃 Farm-to-table magic with hyper-local, seasonal ingredients—earthy flavors in a cozy, intimate space. The 5-Course Journey: 1️⃣ Whiskey Cured Salmon Gâteau (Cold App) Smoked salmon layered like a savory cake with veggies, fennel, and herb sauce—refreshing & my #1 of the night! 💖 2️⃣ Savory Pumpkin Crème Brûlée (Hot App) Silky pumpkin purée with roasted Brussels sprouts, mini popcorn, and cheese crisps—creamy with a CRUNCH. 3️⃣ Feta Gundi (Soup) Warm winter vibes with cheese dumplings (like gnocchi) and wild mushrooms (MVP ingredient!). 4️⃣ Buttermilk & Citrus Brined Chicken Breast (Main) Juicy chicken atop farro and smoked sweet potato salad—caramelized apple & onion butter = flavor bomb! 5️⃣ Caramel Custard Tart (Dessert) Hazelnut tart + tangy apple mousse—sweet with a hint of acidity. 💡 Chef’s Note: Many dishes are off-menu exclusives—so savor them while you can! #BostonEats #TastingMenu #FarmToTable #CambridgeMA #FoodieAdventures #ChefsTable
