📍Utah Food Discovery – Pho 777
I learned about this place from a friend’s recommendation under my earlier Pho 33 post—it was described as a hidden gem certified authentic by Vietnamese locals 🍜💫. Finally had the chance to try it today! The restaurant is tidy, spacious, and the air conditioning is set quite cool ❄️🧼. The menu is diverse and well-illustrated with pictures 🖼️📖. They even have Vietnamese sandwiches—though this time we focused on the soup noodles and didn’t try them. We ordered fresh spring rolls, chicken wings, beef pho, and vermicelli with grilled pork and fried rolls 🥢🍗. Everything tasted great! The chicken wings were perfectly crispy outside and tender inside, with a well-balanced fish sauce dip 🧡. The vermicelli bowl had a noticeable minty freshness, and the grilled pork was marinated and cooked with a unique flavor. The fried rolls seemed to have taro inside—very fragrant 🍠✨. That said, for the broth of the pho, I still prefer Pho 33 slightly more 🥣❤️. It feels more hearty and authentic, giving that comforting, satisfying feeling with every sip. Overall, if you want a wider variety of dishes, I’d choose Pho 777. But for soul-warming soup, noodles, and my beloved stir-fried beef ho fun, I’m sticking with Pho 33 🔒💯. #Utah #Foodie #VietnamesePho #AuthenticEats #NoodleLovers #HiddenGem #LocalFlavor #ComfortFood
