Utah Zion National Park Trip Wrap-Up!
📍 Park City Blind Dog – Big disappointment! Menu has Japanese-inspired dishes, but poorly executed. So bad I didn’t even take photos. ⭐️ The Eating Establishment – Found this on Main St après-ski. Everything from the omelet to the bread, jam, and potatoes was thoughtful. Their house hot sauce was so good I bought a bottle! ⭐️ Buona Vita – Also on Main St, an Italian spot. Cheese pizza was amazing, but other dishes tended to be salty. 📍 Salt Lake City ⭐️ Copper Onion – Must-order: Wagyu pasta! Bone marrow is rich (a bit oily). Duck breast (medium-rare) was perfectly tender. Make reservations—dinner gets busy. ⭐️ Dolcetti Gelato – The least sweet gelato I’ve had in the US. Highly recommend the coconut sticky rice flavor—it has real rice grains! 🍚 The shop’s decor is also unique. ⭐️ Sweet Lake Biscuits & Limeade – Specializes in biscuits and limeade, but their hashbrowns stole the show! Limited menu but solid flavors. 📍 Springdale (town south of Zion) ⭐️ Spotted Dog – Went with a stuffy nose (so sad!), but still tasted how good it was. Appetizer: brie + apricot jam 👍. Duck breast was even better than Copper Onion’s! Lamb shank was tender and flavorful. ⭐️ Meme’s Cafe – Another brunch spot with a small but tasty menu. Savory crepes were delicious and filling! ⭐️ Oscar’s Cafe – A longtime Springdale favorite. Packed even off-peak. Huge portions, great prices! Their pork ribs were fantastic. 😋 #Utah #ParkCity #SaltLakeCity #ZionNationalPark #Zion #FoodGuide #TravelEats #FoodieFinds
