Vancouver Food Adventure|Found My Bakery of the Year Again!
Meeting Bread Culture last year was truly one of the happiest moments of 2024, so as 2025 began, I kept wondering if I’d discover another bakery that would capture my heart the same way. And guess what? This spring, my dream came true 🥹. Chez Nous opened on a relatively quiet street in Yaletown, replacing Ganache Patisserie—a spot that had been there for 20 years (though not the tastiest, it held so many memories). 🍞✨ Anyone who’s been to Ganache knows its interior was… well, forgettable. But Chez Nous completely transformed the space into a quaint French-style corner café! The whole place is wrapped in a warm, inviting atmosphere, with walls adorned by charming European-style artwork. Every corner feels cozy—who knew this space could become so beautiful? 🥹💖 👩🍳☕ Even though Chez Nous is run by a group of young folks, after visiting twice a week and trying everything on their menu, I can confidently say: there’s no way to go wrong here 🥰. Every single pastry is delicious—flaky, buttery, and perfectly baked. Even the seemingly simple marble bread or the little chocolate batons have a unique texture that surprises me every time. At first, I paired everything with coffee, but their raspberry matcha latte (smooth, rich, and not too sweet) has recently stolen my heart. To experience the same joy I felt when first discovering Bread Culture… 2025 is already a blessed year 🥹❤️ 📍 Chez Nous Bakery & Coffee 1262 Homer St, Vancouver, BC #VancouverEats #VancouverFoodie #VancouverLife #HiddenGemCafe #FoodAdventure #CoffeeLover #InstaWorthyDesserts #VancouverTravel #ExploreVancouver #FoodieHeaven
