Vancouver Seaside Restaurant | Flying Beaver Bar & Grill

🚪 As summer approaches and the days get longer, I find myself wanting to watch the sunset every evening. Today in Vancouver, the weather was unpredictable – it was pouring in the morning, but the sun came out in the evening. After a busy day, I just wanted to grab a bite to see the sunset nearby in Richmond. This restaurant gave me the feeling of pretending I’m in Hawaii, hahahaha. 🍷 Mimosa 🍷 As usual, I started with an appetizer to whet my appetite, complete with a fresh little strawberry. There’s nothing like good food and beautiful views to cherish. Cheers to the sunset and to the fact that even the most ordinary day can be a unique memory. 🥩 Surf Turf 🥩 The side dishes with the steak were right up my alley. The mashed potatoes were layered, and it came with grilled prawns and Sichuan green beans. The steak was impeccable in texture. 🍝 Chicken Linguine 🍝 Even though it’s almost May, the evenings in Vancouver still require seat heaters. When it’s cold, I get hungry easily, hahaha. Had to have something hearty – garlic chicken in a creamy sauce with linguine. The chicken was tender, and there was a side of olive oil salad. 🫕 Chef’s Soup 🫕 I absolutely loved this soup. It was tangy and appetizing, filled with various vegetable bits, chicken, and beans. Very healthy. 🅿️ The entrance is full of parking spots, so no more worries about finding a spot during meal times, hahaha. While eating, I saw a family of geese strolling by leisurely. Maybe geese love watching sunsets too. As I finished eating, the sky was getting darker.
