Vancouver Surroundings: Harrison Wild Hot Springs ➕ Mission Town
One-Day Trip Guide‼️ The drive from Vancouver to Harrison takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes. As we approached, we stopped in Agassiz for some brunch 🍴, and then we headed to Harrison to find the wild hot springs! After that, we went to Mission Town, where we picked a few places of interest to visit, so we were able to explore everything in just one day! Harrison Wild Hot Springs ♨️ Just walk down the small path next to the Harrison Hot Springs Resort, go through the yellow gate, and follow the path of the pedestrians, and you’ll see the wild hot springs after about a 10-minute walk. It was my first time seeing a wild hot spring. Fraser River Heritage Park 🏞️ This park offers a view of the snow-capped mountains on a clear day, but I didn’t see them when I went. However, I did find an apple tree on the hillside, with apples all over the ground! Westminster Abbey ⛪️ This church is so beautiful! It’s both grand and solemn, and the stained glass roof is amazing for photos! The scenery outside the church is also beautiful, with a huge lawn. Cascade Falls 🍁 It’s about a 22-minute, 19-kilometer drive from the church. A 10-minute walk from the parking lot will lead you to a stunning mountain waterfall and bridge! There’s another path from the parking lot that leads to a creek—great for taking photos 🪨! The ground is covered with super large maple leaves, and the signal here isn’t very good!! 📶 #Vancouver #VancouverSurroundings #HotSprings #Canada #Waterfall #StunningScenery #Travel #Church #Mission #Harrison
