Venice, I Love You! ❤️🌊
After being financially bruised by Spanish prices for so long, arriving in Venice felt like a dream. I found myself handing over euros with tears of joy and a smiling face — finally, incredible food that’s actually worth every cent! 🫶🏻😋 Let me introduce you to my favorite find: 🍴 Hostaria Venexiana 📌 Address: Fondamenta Pigan, 285, 30135 Venezia VE, Italy This place is a rare gem — an authentic Italian restaurant run by a Chinese owner who brings warmth, skill, and unbelievable generosity to the table. The food? Absolutely delicious. The value? Unbeatable. The vibe? Pure Venetian charm with a heart. We loved it so much we ate there twice in one day — and each meal was perfect. From classic spaghetti alle vongole 🍝 to the most tender osso buco I’ve ever tasted, everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with love. And let’s not forget the Aperol Spritz — crisp, bright, and served with a view of the canal. 🥂 But what truly stole our hearts was the kindness of the owner. Not only did he recommend dishes like a true Italian nonna, but after our second meal, he even offered to watch our luggage for a few hours so we could explore hands-free. 🥹🧳 That’s something you rarely find anywhere in the world — true, kind hospitality. Oh, and you can’t leave Venice without having gelato. Creamy, intense flavors — pistachio that tastes like Sicily, lemon that zings, and chocolate so rich you’ll want to write home about it. 🍦🤤 So if you’re in Venice — tired of tourist traps, longing for a real meal without the ridiculous bill — run, don’t walk, to Hostaria Venexiana. Tell them the crying-but-happy foodie sent you. 😉 Venice, you’ve stolen my heart — and my appetite. I’ll be back. 💙 #TravelItaly #VeniceFood #HiddenGems #EatLikeALocal #GelatoHeaven #VeniceLove #BudgetTravel #ItalianFood #Wanderlust #FoodDiary
