Venice Film Festival 🎬 Spotted Wes Anderson! 🎩

One Day Only Venezia. 🫧 While planning our trip to Venice, we happened to coincide with the film festival, so we allocated an extra day to explore the island. As soon as we arrived at the entrance of the film palace, we saw Wes Anderson walking the red carpet, with fans excitedly shouting, and Wes was super nice, signing autographs like crazy! 🖋️👏 On the terrace in front of the Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort, we watched the big shots arriving by gondola. 🛶🕶️ The entire Lido island has a different vibe from the historical weight and hustle of the main Venice island, and it's also different from the bustling crowds of the Cannes Film Festival. People wearing badges for the screenings stroll leisurely through the alleys. Movie posters and Golden Lion statues are everywhere near the docks, and along the way to the film palace, there are movie posters galore. Under the lazy late-summer sun, movie people dressed to the nines, so many dreamy moments. 🌅🎞️ On the day we were there, Tony Leung Chiu-wai received a lifetime achievement award.
