Versailles: A Culinary Adventure in Miami
🍖 Braised Lamb We had our hearts set on the oxtail, but alas, it was sold out by the time we arrived. Initially disappointed, we were soon swept away by the incredible flavors of the braised lamb leg. The sauce was a revelation, even outshining the beef tongue! This dish is a must-try, with its generous portion and mouthwatering taste. Trust me, it was the star of our meal! 🥩 Roast Beef Tongue Imagine four thick slices of tender beef tongue, perfectly paired with a sauce that hits all the right notes for a Chinese palate. Mix it with rice, and you've got a flavor explosion that’s simply irresistible! 👍 🥘 Zarzuela de Mariscos This seafood stew, brimming with lobster, shrimp, calamari, fish fillets, and clams, promised so much. But, the lobster and fish didn’t quite meet our freshness expectations, leaving a strong fishy aroma. Maybe it was because we arrived late, but the sauce felt more like plain tomato sauce. Sometimes, high hopes lead to bigger letdowns. 🥪 Cuban Sandwich We might have over-ordered, so we took this classic Cuban sandwich to-go for breakfast. While the flavor was standard, the portion was impressively large—two hefty pieces that neither of us could finish! 📍 Location: 3555 SW Eighth St, Miami, FL 33135 #Versailles #Miami #MiamiFood
