Vespertine in LA – A Beautiful Meal… 🌸

Well… first of all, it’s really beautiful… and second of all, it’s truly beautiful… mainly, it’s just beautiful… In summary: very beautiful… ✨ Okay… language system rebooted. The appetizers left a taste memory of cold and sour… Really brought a touch of chilly acidity to windy LA… Umm, let’s start with the main course. The main featured what the chef claims is “LA’s finest self-raised quail” and an obviously favored lamb ingredient… Interesting, very interesting… Now, onto dessert. Oh, dessert was served on the first floor… Couldn’t see it clearly, really couldn’t… The lighting was so artistic… What could be hiding in those elegant bowls…? Oh, the guy at the next table turned on his phone flashlight to look at his dish… How dare he!… But… me too… 😅 Anyways… Also added the “last of the season” white truffle… Hmmm… The side dishes were delicious… As for the truffle itself… maybe we’ll meet again at the end of the year. 🍄 Despite everything, the juice pairing was surprisingly magical! The chef’s garden-grown, self-brewed juices can’t exactly be called delicious but… somehow they paired perfectly with the dishes! Eureka!
