Vietnamese Egg Rolls Even Better Than Restaurant Quality
🏠:8479 Garvey Ave Ste 101A, Rosemead, CA 91770 Golden Delight 🫔 The Egg Rolls were absolutely incredible! All four of us agreed we’d come back just for these. The wrapper is super crispy, and the filling is perfectly seasoned—pork, shrimp, rice noodles, and bamboo shoots. 🤤 The other dishes were just okay compared to the egg rolls. 🍜 The pho is decent for its $18 price—you can tell the ingredients are better than at average pho spots. But next to those amazing egg rolls, it still has room for improvement. 🍜 Beef, Pork Knuckle, and Crab Tomato Noodles – not recommended. 😅 Too heavy, not enough tomato flavor, and the ingredients (like fish cakes) felt like oden. 🐔 Hainanese Chicken Rice – not bad, but could be better. Not as good as Sister Fen’s nearby, but still acceptable. 🐮 Braised Beef Brisket – pretty good! Tender, flavorful, almost like Cantonese-style stew. 🍊 The complimentary oranges were super sweet! With all we ordered, it came to under $30 per person. The interior is nice and clean—great value overall. If you order wisely, you could keep it around $20 per person. We had leftovers to take home. Only downside: despite the nice decor, there were a few flies buzzing around. 🪰 #LARestaurantReview #LAEats #VietnameseFood #EggRollHeaven #BudgetEats #RosemeadEats #FoodReview #HiddenGem #ComfortFood #NoodleLover
