This creative Vietnamese restaurant has locations in both LA and Irvine Spectrum! ✨ The space is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for group gatherings or a cozy date night. 💫 Pho Bo Beef pho with a light, refreshing broth and super tender beef 🍲 The portion is huge – easily enough for 2–3 people! Shaky Shaky Beef Lots of people recommend this, but I found the meat a bit overcooked and tough 🥩 The outer glaze was also too salty for my taste – not my favorite.
