Visiting Katsura Imperial Villa 🎫

There are two ways to visit the Katsura Imperial Villa. 🎒🌟 One is to book a time slot in advance on the official website, which usually requires booking two weeks to a month ahead. πŸŒΊπŸŒ‡The other is what we call the "extreme last-minute visit": lining up at the entrance of the villa at 8:40 a.m. We chose this method, but when we arrived on time, we found dozens of people already in line. 🎒🌟 In the end, we only got a spot for the one o'clock tour, as the earlier and later slots were all taken by those who were ahead of us. For a walk-in visit, it's really better to get there as early as possible. πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ πŸŒΊπŸŒ‡ #Japan #JapanTravel #Kyoto #KyotoTravel #KatsuraImperialVilla 🌿
