Visiting the French Bistro La Voile in Boston🇫🇷
Last night, I went with friends to the French bistro La Voile in the Back Bay area, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The restaurant has a warm and elegant ambiance, with wooden decor and soft lighting creating an authentic Parisian bistro atmosphere. 🍴 Signature Foie Gras The texture is delicate and silky, paired with perfectly toasted brioche and homemade berry jam, which balances the richness of the foie gras. Every bite is absolutely memorable. 🐌 Escargots Definitely a five-star dish🌟! Baked with garlic butter and parsley, the snails are tender and springy. The accompanying bread slices dipped in the sauce are simply perfection. 🐟 Tableside Deboned Sea Bass The server skillfully deboned the whole fish right at the table, adding a wonderful sense of ceremony. The fish was tender and juicy, paired with lemon butter sauce and seasonal vegetables—light yet full of flavor. 🥩 Ribeye Steak Opted for medium-rare, and it was cooked perfectly. The exterior was slightly charred, while the inside remained pink and juicy. The black pepper sauce and roasted mashed potatoes complemented it beautifully. 💵 The cost was approximately $150 per person, which is on the higher side for French cuisine in Boston, but the quality of ingredients and dining experience made it entirely worth it. 💝 This gem on Newbury Street has become one of my favorite spots. From the service to the food, everything was impeccable—I’ll definitely be back! 📸 The window seats are perfect for photos, and reservations are recommended. The restaurant was almost fully packed after 7 PM, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. #BackBay #BostonFood #EastCoastUSA #LaVoile #FrenchCuisine #FoodExploration #FoieGras #Escargots #BostonLife #DateNight #FineDining #FoodPhotography
