The Dabney is one of those restaurants that I can't stop thinking about after my first visit. I was completely blown away by the dishes and the ambiance two years ago, and I knew I had to come back the next time I was in DC. To my delight, the menu had changed entirely this time, with even more creative, refined, and delicious options! š The highlight for me this time was the bread served during the meal, The loaf with Soy butter. It was so good that I ordered another one even though I was already full š.
