Weekend Adventure: Teeling Distillery & Brazilian Bites 🥃🍖

Got gifted tickets to **Teeling Whiskey Distillery** from a coworker and finally visited this weekend! 🎉 The tour included a fascinating **guided explanation** and **tasting of 3 whiskeys**. Fun fact: Established in 2015, Teeling is **Dublin's first new distillery in 125 years!** 🏭✨ After previously touring **Jameson** and the **Irish Whiskey Museum**, this was my **third whiskey tasting experience**—and it didn’t disappoint! **🥃 The Whiskey Lineup:** 1️⃣ **Single Batch** - **Youngest of the three** (aged 3 years & 1 day) - **Spicier kick**, harder to sip neat 🔥 2️⃣ **Single Malt** ⭐ **MY FAVORITE!** - **Smooth as silk** with hints of **chocolate aroma** 🍫 - Perfect balance of flavor & warmth 3️⃣ **Single Grain** - Also **smooth**, but **less complex** than the Single Malt - **Shorter finish**—easy to drink but not as memorable **🍖 Post-Tour Stop: Brazil House** Headed to this **Brazilian restaurant** after—**great value for money!** 💰👍 Dublin’s Brazilian food scene never disappoints. #IrishWhiskey #TeelingWhiskey #DistilleryTour #BrazilianFood #WeekendVibes #DublinAdventures
