Welcome to the World of Spies 🕵️

Berlin Spy Museum I didn't expect to find such an interesting niche museum in Germany! The interactivity and experience are great, as if you've stepped into a spy thriller. Here, you can better understand the Western anxiety about privacy and freedom. All the surveillance, assassinations, monitoring, and intelligence 🔎 from American TV series and movies are presented through various tools. Hidden in glasses, cigarettes, playing cards, bras, bags, umbrellas, and more, are various cameras, intelligence information, or guns, and this was only from three to four decades ago, indicating how much more covert and advanced the technology is today! The interactivity is excellent, with Morse code, paper decoding, thermal imaging photography, paper piecing, and X-ray crossing, among other interactive experiences. It feels like you need at least 2-3 hours to fully experience the life of a spy in this one-of-a-kind museum 😆 You can make reservations in advance or buy tickets on-site. There's a session every 15 minutes, and student cards get a discount. The original price is 14-16 Euros~ Unfortunately, I couldn't make a reservation for one activity, but I highly recommend it to everyone: the Underground World! It's an in-depth experience of Berlin during the Cold War, traversing underground tunnels, air-raid shelters, and the world beneath the Berlin Wall. You experience how people lived during wartime, how people from East and West Germany escaped and resisted. It's really amazing! #BerlinTravel #BerlinTourism #SpyMuseum #BerlinSpyMuseum
