The counter seats only 8 people at a time โ so yes, you definitely need a reservation! ๐๐ก Their standout feature is the cold appetizer series, offering a holistic kaiseki-style experience. While the sushi may not be mind-blowing, you can still sense the chefโs dedication and precision throughout the meal. The whole omakase experience takes about 2 hours โ a truly immersive journey.
