What a Waste to Visit Moab Without Off-Roading! ππ¨
It rained almost every day during our trip to #Moab π β showers on and off, thunderstorms β‘, and even flooding on the main street downtown! Many people reached out to make sure we were safe π. On the bright side, the temperature was pretty pleasant. We still went ahead with the off-road adventure ποΈ, and luckily, we didnβt get soaked while driving! The ride was thrilling β just like a roller coaster π’. My husband had a blast behind the wheel (I sat this one out π). A few years ago, when we visited with our five-year-old son, he actually fell asleep on the bumpy, noisy trail π΄ β we even brought noise-canceling headphones for him back then! This time, we got him a helmet and goggles π₯½ instead. #OffRoading #UtahAdventure are from Arches National Park ποΈ. Note that from April 1 to October 31, you need to reserve a timed entry ticket online for visits between 7 AM and 4 PM π«. Unfortunately, Delicate Arch was closed due to the rain β, and we didnβt feel like hiking the extra distance, so we skipped it this time. We stayed at Casitas at the Hoodoo Moab, Curio Collection by Hilton β highly recommend! π¨ Itβs within walking distance to many restaurants π½οΈ, and the hotel pool was perfect for wearing our son out πβοΈ. #VisitUtah #FamilyTravel #MoabOffRoad
