The Daily Catch I went to the North End location 🏙️. Arrived right at 11 AM and was lucky to be one of the first customers! Their lobster pasta was incredibly delicious—my mom and I shared a portion for two and finished every bite. She couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful it was! ❗️Cash only. Le’s Vietnamese Restaurant A Vietnamese spot near Harvard 🎓. The beef pho was tasty, and the restaurant had a quiet, relaxed vibe—perfect for taking a break after exploring. Bova’s Bakery My first cannoli experience was here! The shell was a bit soft, but the filling was absolutely delicious—not overly sweet at all! ❗️Cash only. Raising Cane's My go-to fried chicken spot since college 🍗. Unlike many U.S. fried chicken places, theirs isn’t overly oily—it’s super crispy and made with chicken breast, which I LOVE. Even the side bread is soft, buttery, and delicious. Highly recommend! L.A. Burdick Handmade Chocolates Their chocolates are great, but the hot chocolate I ordered was way too sweet 🍫. It felt like melted chocolate had taken over my mouth—almost overwhelming! Ogawa Coffee I found their matcha latte overpriced (around $9!), and though the matcha powder was good quality, the drink was too sweet, making the flavor combination a bit weird. 🍵 Pauli’s Also in North End—originally wanted to try Neptune Oyster next door, but the line was too long 🦞. This place had no wait and great reviews, so I gave it a shot. So glad I did! The warm lobster roll, butter-toasted, was way more flavorful than cold ones. A must-try! Mike’s Pastry Their cannoli had a strong artificial flavor and was too sweet for my taste 😕. Not a fan. ❗️Cash only. Hanmaru A spot in Allston with delicious pork bone soup 🍖.
