What I Eat in Boston 🇺🇸
Midterms are crushing my soul 😫, and thinking about food has become my only daily joy... 🍜 Tora Ramen Chinatown Tried their new yuzu cold ramen—so refreshing for summer ☀️! Their noodles are always perfectly chewy 🍴. The limited edition comes with shrimp (you can choose between sashimi or fully cooked)—super fresh 🍤! But now that fall's here in Boston, their classic tonkotsu might hit the spot better 🍁! 🌶️ Cambridge Our go-to spot after Harvard events and high school reunions 🥰. That fish fillet close-up says it all—so tender and delicious! But the crab roe tofu was a bit too sweet for my taste—not very authentic 😕. 🐟 Allston Ran into an old classmate right at the door—feels like the whole world gathers here! My personal favorite is "Little Rooster Meets Little Chili" 🌶️ (mild version—I'm from southern Jiangsu and can't handle spice at all 😭). The stir-fried rice with preserved vegetables is also amazing! Perfect for balancing the spiciness. The Sichuan boiled fish just numbed my taste buds completely 🥵. 🧋 San Chen Tea, Allston My guilty pleasure—been drinking this from Atlanta all the way to Boston 😉. My must-order: green tea base + mango pulp + coconut jelly + light sugar 🥭✨. 🍲 Kaju Tofu, Allston No exaggeration: in just two months, I've visited this place over six times 🤤🔥—even though it's a 30-minute Uber ride away—all for their Korean tofu soup! Their appetizers are unique too—haven't seen honey-glazed sweet potatoes at any other Korean spot 🍠. The mild seafood tofu soup is my top pick 🥇! Other dishes are decent—it's become my substitute for Wuli in my heart... #USA #StudyAbroad #Foodie #Boston #BostonEats #FoodDiary #FoodIsTheAnswer #SurvivalStudyAbroadEdition #FunnyOffer
