What to Do in Dallas
Dallas is really a desert for travelers. If you don't go to the surrounding cities like Austin and Houston, you can basically explore Dallas in 2-3 days: ✈️ There are direct flights to Dallas with American Airlines... Transportation: If you're here purely for sightseeing, it's recommended to rent a car. Dallas is spread out, and driving is more convenient; there's no subway, and if you take a taxi, Lyft is faster than Uber based on personal experience. ✨First Stop: A few small attractions in Fort Worth can be combined into one visit, such as the Water Garden (a small park that can be visited in 5-10 minutes, very well-designed. There's no dedicated parking lot, so you can only park on the side of the road. Stock Yards can be explored in 1-1.5 hours, it's a town with a strong cowboy culture, and there's a parade of longhorn cattle on the streets at 11:30 AM. If you're interested in shopping, Tanger Outlet is also highly recommended. Common brands like Coach, Lululemon, and more are almost all available. 👍🏼Second Stop: Downtown Dallas is also worth visiting. Some attractions are very concentrated: the Giant Eyeball, the Dallas Museum of Art, and the Kennedy Museum. I only knew a little about this assassination history before, but the museum gives a deeper understanding of the details. Watching an NBA game at night is basically thrilling. Although simple, the trip to Dallas was very enjoyable. Pieced together, there are always many beautiful moments... #Dallas #DallasLife #DallasSurroundings
