What to Eat in Boston |Spicy Flames🔥 Yun-Gui-Chuan Bistro by Harvard

Overall, this restaurant leans a bit oily, but the seasoning is fantastic 👍! The quality of ingredients could still be improved. The cold draft blowing in did affect the experience a bit ❄️! 🍄 Yunnan Ham with Wild Mushrooms The wild mushrooms stole the show compared to the ham ✨—the savory aroma of the ham wasn’t very prominent. 🌶️ Clams with Chicken The seasoning was fragrant and spicy—so satisfying 😋! Personally, I’m not a big fan of the overly tender chicken coated heavily in starch, and I even found a couple of reddish pieces that made me wonder if they were fully cooked 😅. I was expecting more of a dry, crispy stir-fry style! 🥢 Baojiang Tofu So delicious! A must-order 💯! 🐟 Sour Soup with Black Fish Slices I absolutely love sour soup ❤️! The bold flavor of mountain pepper is incredibly appetizing, and it’s so comforting to have in winter 🍲~ The dish comes with bean sprouts, wide noodles, white mushrooms, and other sides, but the portion of fish slices was a bit small. Personally, I feel it’s not quite worth the nearly $40 price tag 💸. This is a place I’d want to revisit to try more dishes! On the pricier side overall 💰—four dishes plus tip came to around $150. Two girls could finish about one and a half servings 👭~ #BostonLife #Boston #BostonStudyAbroad #StudentFoodie #BostonFoodExploration #BostonFood
