What to Eat in LA 🍛✨
1️⃣ Liu’s Cafe Ordered the braised pork rice and beef noodles—both were delicious, comforting, and absolutely satisfying! 🍚🍜 Will definitely return for more. Also tried the kaya toast, which was on the sweeter side but still enjoyable with a cup of coffee. ☕️🍞 2️⃣ Sun Nong Dan (1803 Sawtelle Blvd) Had the beef rib soup, which was surprisingly bland—had to rely on the side dishes to add flavor. 🥘😕 Also tried the Wonkyu soup (ox bone soup), which had a very strong beefy taste—maybe an acquired preference? Wondering if their famous braised beef ribs (galbijjim) would have been a better choice… 🤔 Both spots have their strengths, but Liu’s Cafe wins for consistent flavor and homestyle comfort. Sun Nong Dan might be worth another try with a different order—sometimes it’s all about picking the right dish! #LAEats #LAsFoodScene #TaiwaneseFood #KoreanFood #ComfortFood #FoodReview #EatLA #NoodleLover #BrunchTime 🥢🌟
