Everything tastes amazing — every restaurant, every dish! I had so much incredible Japanese food in Seattle, pure happiness 🍣✨ Maneki 🍲 Text-only reservations! Their sukiyaki is divine, and the seasonal salmon was so rich — a true “deep-sea fatty delight” 🐟❤️ Unagi don is a signature, but it’s tiny (palm-sized!). Pro tip: try it as ochazuke (with tea poured over) — so fragrant! 🍵 Shabu Shabu Kyoto 🍥 My second sukiyaki spot — individual hot pots make it perfect for solo dining 🍲👤 And their ice cream? Delicious! 🍦 Kin Len Thai 🔥 Super hard to get into — waited over an hour the first day with no luck, so we camped out before they opened at 11 AM the next day 😤⏳ Totally worth it! Braised pork knuckle, basil minced pork rice, beef hot pot — all incredible. Even the guava juice was a hit 🥤💖 Chengdu Taste 🌶️ “Chicken with Pickled Chili & Minced Greens” was so tasty 😋 The peppers nearly blew our heads off, but we loved every spicy second!
