When This Beef Rib Pot Arrives, I’d Wait an Hour, Not Just 20 Minutes!

This Irvine spot serves insanely delicious braised beef ribs — who needs to drive to Rowland Heights and wait in line for SDD anymore? 😤 TNT (Tang N Tang) was recommended by my Korean neighbor during a freezing winter — and she wasn’t wrong! We’ve been hooked ever since — even in warmer weather, we still crave it! The restaurant is always packed with Korean families — a true sign of authenticity! 🥢 Galbi Jjim (Spicy Braised Beef Short Ribs) → Order this without a second thought!!! The presentation alone is jaw-dropping — visually stunning and smells incredible. The pumpkin and rice cakes inside are so fragrant. We got medium spice (more sweet than spicy) — next time going for extra spicy! 🌶️ 🥢 Gamja Tang (Mild Spicy Pork Neck Bone Soup) → Mildly spicy (even kids can handle it). The meat falls right off the bone with a spoon. The small pot looks modest but comes with three big pieces of neck bone — so satisfying to gnaw on! 🥢 Bulgogi & Glass Noodle Hot Pot → Surprisingly tasty combo! Sweet grilled beef cooked into a noodle soup — unexpectedly delicious and a hit with kids (they finished a whole bowl of rice with it!). The restaurant is clean, service is friendly (a bit slow but worth it). Irvine’s Korean food scene is really stepping up! Now that LA is heating up, I see more people ordering cold noodles — has anyone tried their naengmyeon? Is it good? If you’re craving Galbi Jjim, run don’t walk — you won’t want to queue in Rowland Heights after this! 😂 #IrvineEats #KoreanFood #GalbiJjim #ComfortFood #IrvineFoodie #MustTry #NoMoreLongLines
