Here’s the lowdown: 🌟Cattleack Barbeque 📍 Address: 13628 Gamma Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244 Review: This place has a very limited schedule, only open three days a week for 3-4 hours each time. Honestly, it has the lightest smoke flavor among all the BBQ places I’ve tried. The Pork Rib is really good, but the drinks aren’t refillable, which is why I’m giving it four stars. 🌟Smoke Shack BBQ 📍 Address: 3714 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209 Review: This is the place that won my partner over to Texas BBQ, so I’m giving it five stars for sentimental reasons. However, the drinks aren’t refillable either. They offer meal combos, and the portions are reasonable (definitely filling). The Brisket is best when ordered with a mix of fat and lean meat.
