Who’s Still Savoring the Taste Even After Leaving Portland? 🥹

It’s me! All thanks to The One BBQ!! 🍢 This was my first time having such tender stinky tofu with a runny center!! I can’t call it the “best ever” lightly—so far, I’ve never had stinky tofu this good in North America, including Vancouver! (I went back for a second time, and it was slightly less tender than the first, but still amazing!) 🥩 I could barely tell the lamb and beef apart because both had such incredible marbling! The high quality of the meat shines through in every bite—it’s so delicious! The chicken cartilage is perfectly crispy, with a satisfying crunch! 🦴 🍆 The grilled eggplant is a MUST-ORDER!! To put it like a food blogger—every bite is pure bliss! No exaggeration at all! We also tried the garlic-scallops and tofu wraps with shrimp paste—they were fantastic, and I just wished there was a little more shrimp paste! 🦐 I saw some posts saying it’s expensive… But for around $30 per person (plus beer and tip), we left completely stuffed! There were still grilled chicken wings, oysters, and chicken hearts I wanted to try, but I was too full to fit more. (P.S. On my second visit, I had room for the spicy chicken wings and clam noodles—trust me, you HAVE to order these two!! The clams were huge! I also tried the grilled chicken hearts, which were a tiny bit firm but still tasty.) We even packed a soy milk bubble tea to go because I couldn’t drink it then—and it was so good when I finally had it! 😋 #Food #PortlandFood #PortlandTravel 🌟
