It's ranked among the world's top pizzerias! Pizzeria Sei is the only one in LA on that list. TL;DR: It's delicious—just go! 🏃♀️💨 A super cozy spot, fitting only about 10 people. There's a huge oven in the middle—you can enjoy your meal while watching the chef slide pizzas in and out! 👨🍳🔥 The pizza dough is incredibly soft—like biting into a cloud! ☁️😋 (You can tell they don’t skimp on the oil in the dough!) We tried two signature pizzas in the shop: 1️⃣ Bismark: Features a cracked egg in the middle 🥚 While baking, the egg sets slightly but stays runny—absolutely divine! If you love a oozy yolk, this is a must-try! 💛 2️⃣ Mala Lamb Sausage 🌶️🐑 Tastes like cumin-spiced lamb—super flavorful! Topped with cilantro flowers (adds a fresh herbal kick) 🌿 Feels like enjoying a lamb stir-fry with scallions and cilantro, but on a pizza! A bit on the salty side, but still full of character! 😄 A simple evening: Pizza + a glass of Sangiovese = pure satisfaction! 🍷❤️ Also tried their Margarita pizza as takeout once 🍅🧀 It had cooled down a bit, so it was just okay—definitely better fresh from the oven! But reheating it at home still hit the spot! 👌 📌 Reservations are needed—often fully booked during peak times! But they save a few spots for walk-ins.
