Who wouldn't be confused by this beef tripe sandwich!

Are there still people lining up for the famous Da Nerbone?! The tomato-flavored tripe sandwich from this place is way better! And the mixed braised beef offal! A huge bowl is just too satisfying😭. 🌟The beef, beef tongue, and tripe are all incredibly tender. The chili isn't very spicy, so you can add it without worries! The bread soaks up the meat juice and becomes soft and delicious! The only downside is that it's a bit bland, but that's better than being too salty! I added a bit of Liub's chili powder, and it instantly elevated the flavor. Hahaha. The buying process was a bit of an adventure. I told the guy I wanted the braised beef offal, and he said the store on the second floor had it. When I went up there, they said they didn't have it. I went back down and asked the guy again, and he took me upstairs and made a portion of braised beef offal just for me, saying it was only for me. Hahaha.
