Our stay turned into an unforgettable experience – all thanks to the incredible team at this resort. While our initial room wasn’t suitable for my disability and health needs (it had a musty smell and a very low toilet, which triggered my asthma and made it hard for me after my knee replacement surgery), the staff stepped in with grace and urgency.❤️ 🛎️ Special Thanks to the Front Desk & Bell Team My daughter went to the front desk to request a room change or a refund – and Ben, Timothy, Christian, and Jason (bell staff) responded with exceptional professionalism and kindness. They not only moved us to a lovely, fully accessible room but did so with genuine care👌 🍽️ A Shout-Out to the Restaurant Team A big thank you also to Joe, the restaurant manager, who ensured we had delicious meals throughout our stay. The staff in the dining area were warm and attentive, making every meal a pleasure. 💖 Why We Highly Recommend This Resort Everyone we met was friendly and went out of their way to help.
