Worcester’s Chong Qing Shi Fu – A Must-Try Sichuan Spot in MA! 🚗

After taking the kids to an event in Manchester, NH, we decided to avoid weekend traffic on our way back to New York and grab dinner along the way instead of cooking. 🍽️ Let’s be real—compared to NYC, this area is pretty much a Chinese food desert 🏜️… so we were super excited to find Red Pepper (Chong Qing Shi Fu ) right off the highway! 🛣️ And guess what? It was totally worth the stop! 🎉 Stick to their specialty dishes or order from the chalkboard—you really can’t go wrong. Plus, parking is free! 🚗✅ Here’s what we tried: 🔥 Stir-Fried Yellow Beef Tender and flavorful, though a bit salty—but perfect with rice! 🍚 🐟 Farmhouse Fish HIGHLY recommend! 👏 Huge portion and absolutely delicious. If we lived closer, we’d order this again and again! 🌽 Golden Corn with Salted Egg Yolk Just okay—the salted egg flavor was pretty mild. Not bad, but not memorable. 🦆 Ginger Explosion Duck Really tasty! The duck was firm and well-cooked, though the portion was a bit smaller compared to the fish. We’re a family of three and had so much left over that we enjoyed leftovers for the next day or two! 😂🍱 Total value for money 💰❤️ Definitely a great pit stop for authentic Sichuan eats in Massachusetts! #WorcesterFood #SichuanCuisine #RedPepper #ChineseFood #FoodieFind #WorcesterEats
