It's usually cooked medium-rare to medium, not very juicy. It's okay to try it, but don't expect too much. 🐟LINE-CAUGHT STEINBIT The fish here really didn't disappoint me! The seasoning and cooking are just right. Served with vegetables and shrimp, it's also delicious with the sauce. 🥔Potato Sides Boiled potatoes / mashed potatoes / fried potatoes / baked potatoes, with increasing flavors. The mashed potatoes are light but flavorful, and the baked potatoes retain the texture of the potato chunks but add a cheesy aroma, which is quite a surprise. Desserts and Coffee 🍰Berry Pavlova Cake Fluffy on the outside, but with a meringue base, the texture is crispy and fragrant! A plate may look full, but the texture is light, and you won't feel burdened after eating. 🍰Rhubarb and Strawberry Cream Sponge Cake This dessert in the photo has a name, "The Veiled Farmer's Daughter." It was quite ordinary, but the accompanying chocolate was quite tasty. The menu introduces the history of the restaurant from 1910 to the present, which is very interesting. The lake view outside the window with delicious seafood makes this dining experience great!
