Even driving an hour through cold, wet rain couldn’t stop me from having this Pork Belly & Chicken Pot – this bowl of soup literally saved my soul 🫶 Hot, steaming, and so comforting it warmed me from head to toe ❄️🔥 🫕 Golden Soup Pork Belly & Chicken Pot This pot is PACKED – tender chicken, thick and silky pork belly, soft and chewy abalone… The broth is rich, sweet, and deeply flavorful. I loved it so much I took the leftover soup home and used it for hot pot the next day! 🥘 Table-Side Claypot Rice The chef fires it up right at your table. The cook was an absolute vibe – after introducing the Japanese-imported rice, he started speaking Japanese 😂 He was seriously trying to teach me how to make it! The crispy rice crust at the bottom was irresistible – I had two full bowls. We couldn’t finish everything between three people, so we packed leftovers.
