Wynnewood, Philadelphia Suburbs

🥣Conclusion first: I’ve been eating here for many years, and both the food and service have been consistently good. XO Sauce Chives and Dragon Lily Balls: Not as good as the deboned whole fish. 🥣XO Sauce Fried Deboned Whole Fish: Ordered countless times, highly recommended! The fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. 🌟Preserved Vegetable and Pork Belly: Very authentic, a bit salty, perfect with rice. 🌟Cumin Lamb: Not good at all, not recommended. Be cautious with their Sichuan dishes. 🌟Grilled Osmanthus Fish: Very impressive, with crispy fish skin. The price is a bit high, though. 👍Satay Beef and Vermicelli Casserole: A regular order for me, the vermicelli is very flavorful. 👍Eight-Treasure Tofu Casserole: Feels a bit average, like the eight treasures were just thrown together. 👍Zhu Hou Beef Brisket Casserole: Standard, pre-made dish. 🌟Sauce-Braised Japanese Tofu: The seasoning and thickening are spot-on, worth ordering. Fish-Flavored Eggplant: Not recommended, a bit too salty. 🌟Gold and Silver Egg and Chinese Spinach: The combination of duck egg yolk and preserved egg is a pleasant surprise, and the spinach is very fresh. 🌟Garlic Tai Shan Cauliflower: A reliable vegetable dish that I often order. 👍Roast Duck Wonton Noodles: You can choose the type of noodles, the portion is generous, and the soup is very fresh. 👍Stir-Fried Beef River Noodles (Yau Zha Kuey): Full of wok hei (that smoky, seared flavor), and the beef is quite tender. #LifeInNorthAmerica #PhillyFood #Foodie #RestaurantReview #DateNight #LifeInUSA
