Who else loves this?! 🤤 Nutella + dessert lovers rejoice!!! For Brunch in York, I was totally won over by the Caramelised Banana Pancake 🥞! And this was actually an accidental order by a friend who wanted bananas, not pancakes, hahaha, so the rest was all mine 😂 Johnson’s Free Range Scrambled Eggs Paired with Haxby Bakehouse’s sourdough toast, the eggs are tender and the toast is full of wheaty goodness, making for a delightful classic combination. Caramelised Banana, Nutella & Salted Caramel Pancake This banana pancake has my heart! The sweet caramelised bananas are just right, forming a crispy caramel layer on top. The rich and smooth Nutella chocolate sauce, combined with the salted caramel sauce, creates a perfect blend of sweet and salty, taking the flavor to new heights. The pancake itself is fluffy like a cloud, with each layer drenched in sweet sauce! It’s not overly sweet, just the natural sweetness of the chocolate sauce and caramel. But beware, it can be a bit heavy and filling after a while. Still, it’s my true love! 🥰 Nutella They also have lots of adorable little cakes 🧁 and cookies 🍪. The staff are super friendly and nice. The only downside is that the place can be quite busy, so there might not always be a seat available.
