You can enjoy Australian Wagyu beef in Florence.
🥩 Family and friends, who gets it? Finally, I've tasted the steak of my dreams. I regret not coming here sooner. The place is a bit hard to find, located in a small alley on one side of the Ponte Vecchio. I'll attach the address at the end of this post✏️. Once we sat down in the restaurant, we discovered it has an incredibly high rating on Google🌍. Naturally, we chose the highly-recommended Australian Wagyu beef. 🍞 For the appetizer (the plate after the third photo), we ordered the Crostone con Fegatini di Pollo, which is sautéed bread with chicken liver pâté. If you love liver, you'll definitely enjoy this. But if you can't stand offal, please avoid it. 🍝 For the main course, we selected the Tuscan specialty, Pappardelle al Cinghiale, which is wide pasta with wild boar sauce. All the flavors of the mountains are in this dish (third photo). If you prefer seafood, you can try Spaghetti alle Vongole e Lime, which is spaghetti with clams and lime. The aroma and sweet-sour taste of the lime are a brilliant touch, adding depth to the dish (sixth photo). 🥩 Now, the main event: the Australian Wagyu beef, which looks so mouth-watering. The marbling is impressive. Since it was my first time eating Australian Wagyu, I'm not sure what grade this would be, but it definitely has a nice marbled appearance. As soon as it was served, the sweet aroma of beef tallow filled the air. The meat was tender and smooth, with no tough sinew. It was the first time I truly experienced what it means to melt in your mouth, like snowflakes dissolving. The juice was abundant, and the fat between each fiber had melted. It was incredibly satisfying. We chose al sangue, which is rare, and you can refer to the cross-section after cutting it open for the doneness. #How rare do you like your steak? [Vote]# 🐮 The seventh photo is their Filetto al Pepe Verde, which is fillet steak with green pepper sauce. This is a traditional dish that you can find in most Italian restaurants, and it's always a safe choice. Trust the quality of Italian fillet steak. 🍮 For dessert, I chose the Tortino al Pistacchio e Crema di Cioccolato Bianco, which is a pistachio mini-cake with white chocolate sauce. I didn't expect it to be hot and got a little burned. 💰 The average cost per person will be a bit high, considering it's Australian Wagyu T-bone steak, and it's priced by weight. Our steak weighed 1.3kg👇. 📍 Ristorante dei Rossi 🗺️ Piazza dei Rossi, 1R, 50125 Firenze FI 🕐 12:00-22:30 💁and they occasionally show off their limited Chinese phrases. Overall, it's definitely worth a try.🙋** #TravelWithLittleRedBook #100RestaurantsChallenge #ItalyTravel #LocalRecommendations #AustralianWagyu #FlorenceTravel #FlorentineCuisine #InternationalStudentLife
