This was my first time trying their brunch menu, and I was seriously impressed. 🍣 Smoked Salmon Pancake The smoked salmon was delicious! The pancakes are a bit different from typical American ones — softer, almost soufflé-like, and not too sweet. I went with Japanese sesame dressing for the salad — a perfect match! The potatoes were yummy too 🥔 🥗 Garden Salad The portion was so big, I felt like I could eat salad for two more meals 😂 It was fresh and tasty — good, but nothing super unique. 🍰 Taro Soufflé Pancakes As amazing as always — soft, fluffy, and full of flavor!
