It’s even easier to hit snagsšŸ’£ šŸ‘‡ Today, I’m summing up the key tips I want to share, hoping to help sisters traveling to Banff avoid pitfalls in time!šŸ’— šŸ“…ć€Banff Weather & Outfits (May-August)怑 šŸ“Œ May: 3-15°C šŸ“Œ June: 5-18°C šŸ“Œ July: 7-20°C šŸ“Œ August: 8-21°C šŸ•¶ Outfits: Windbreaker, long-sleeve (outerwear), dresses, knitwear, sportswear, sneakers, hat, scarf, shawl, sunglasses (note the big temperature difference between morning and evening) šŸŒˆć€Banff Travel Tips Summary怑 āš ļø Tip 1: There are many wild animals in Banff, such as bears, deer, mountain goats, etc. To protect yourself, never get close to them—don’t feed them, get out of the car to take photos, or do anything risky! āš ļø Tip 2: Banff is still a bit cool at the moment. By May, there’s basically no snow left, and May-September is the most beautiful time in Banff! If you want to see snow or the frozen Bubble Lake, it’s better to go in December-Februaryļ½ž āš ļø Tip 3: Many sisters love the turquoise mountains and waters—it’s in our ChinesešŸ‡ØšŸ‡³ genes! I recommend coming in June-August; there are all kinds of blues, and they’re stunning! āš ļø Tip 4: The Sulphur Mountain Gondola is super popular! Book tickets in advance to avoid long queues. It takes you straight to the top, and the view of the entire Banff Town from the observation deck is absolutely stunning). āš ļø Tip 5: If you want to avoid crowds or don’t want to jostle with people, May-June is a good choice. By May, the temperature has risen, the ice on the lakes has melted, and some lakes with a bit of remaining snow are also beautiful! āš ļø Tip 6: There are many hot springs in Banff. Upper Hot Springs is a (Internet-famous) one, and there’s also Sulphur Mountain Hot Springs—you don’t need to visit all of them. āš ļø Tip 7: If you plan to travel by car, download offline maps in advance. There’s sometimes no signal on the roads, and private cars are now banned from the road to Lake Louise.
