Today, I suddenly craved something spicy and thought of Yuk Dae Jang near my home. I remember the first time I went there was when I first moved to Los Angeles. I always thought their food was a bit greasy. After a long time, I went back and found that it really had become tastier! The flavor is rich but not salty. The shredded beef with green onions is also smooth and delicious. I ordered beef intestine and beef soup. A simple meal to end the weekend.
