The uni, simmered in sweet soy sauce, had a mentaiko-like texture β€” rich and intense! 🦞 Ise Ebi (Spiny Lobster) Plump, bouncy, and incredibly fresh! Served with crispy mountain yam tempura, sprinkled with matcha salt 🍀🍡 🍚 Matsutake & Chestnut Rice Upgraded and more flavorful this year!
