I came to Boston to visit my son, who told me his classmate had been to this Yunnan Kitchen and couldn’t stop praising it. We were eager to try it ourselves. 🍽️ What we tried: Fried Mushrooms: Crispy outside, tender inside, full of earthy aroma Mint Spare Ribs: Fragrant and not greasy, the meat was tender and flavorful Chilled Pea Jelly: Tangy and spicy, refreshing and smooth Pickled Vegetable Stir-fried Rice Cakes: Savory and chewy, very homestyle Paoluda (Burmese Coconut Dessert): The final surprise!
