Last year, Jay Chou lowkey scammed me into going to TBBC — A basic latte with ugly latte art cost me $22… still recovering 💸 But this time? With endorsements from both Jay AND Yushuxin? Republique — that iconic, old-school spot — has stood the test of time for a reason! Valet parking available: $14 before noon, $17 later. Got there around 11 AM — busy but plenty of seats. Lucked out with no wait AND snagged Yushuxin’s famous table! 🙌 The highly-recommended French toast was soft, sweet, and mom-approved 🍞 Crispy fries, huge salad (easy to share between two). Food came out super fast — nothing disappointed.
