The Pasta of My Life So yummy! I have to strongly recommend this place! It’s truly delicious - Zouave near Seattle’s Greenlake. It’s close to home, and I craved pasta tonight, so I went. It seems to be more of a family-style workshop type? They serve a salad 🥗, bread 🥖, and it’s even warm. So good! 🌟 I ordered a customized pasta My request was mushroom+spinach pasta with a creamy sauce, and the chef made the pasta of my life! He used two types of sauces + two types of pasta. The top is a heavier mushroom sauce with hollow noodles, and the bottom is spinach+cream sauce+spigatte. Wow, the top flavor perfectly balances out the richness of the cream sauce below. It’s too perfect and so creative! They’re very generous with the ingredients. I suggest adding this to the menu. 🌟 Lobster Ravioli So good 😢 The sauce is quite strong, which is perfect with the lobster ravioli. It’s a must-order! And the portion is quite large. 🌟 Dessert We ordered Gelato, and the restaurant also provided a small portion of tiramisu. The tiramisu looks homemade; the cake part is very moist. The Gelato is also delicious! But it doesn’t seem to be made in-house. I recommend everyone to go try it! It’s delicious and not expensive, plus you can customize it yourself.
