Zurich | Exploring a Two-Michelin-Star Restaurant 🌟

💥Although Zurich is famously known as a "food desert," it surprisingly has quite a few Michelin-starred restaurants. This place, Widder, is a two-Michelin-star restaurant. It's located in the Old Town, housed in a hotel of the same name, with a bar on the ground floor and the restaurant on the second floor. 💥Overall, the impression was quite good, and the dishes all felt fitting for early spring. I heard that the head chef takes two one-month vacations every year to visit Thailand for inspiration. He really loves Thai cuisine, and it shows in his cooking style. The shrimp dish (in photo 7) had a Tom Yum flavor, which I quite enjoyed. The Wagyu beef was also excellent. The dessert was unexpectedly not too sweet, which suited my taste perfectly. 💥One thing that must be mentioned: their pre-meal bread was absolutely delicious, the very embodiment of the word "crispy." I used to wonder why Swiss people were so proud of their bread, but now I understand (I've never had such delicious bread before!) It was so good that even though I knew the main course hadn't started yet, I couldn't resist having two pieces with butter (you have to eat them hot; the flavor diminishes once they cool down, and the second piece wasn't as good as the first).
