Hearsay this kway chap store very popular in the hood and only start operating from 830pm till late. Today happened to be in the hood after an appointment so take some time to give it a try.
Kway ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Very smooth bowl of kway the soup has a slight hint of herbal taste to it very appeatising. Kway was so smooth that it slide down your throat without effort.
小肠 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ No smell at all. Very soft and tender dip with the dark sauce it was near perfect
大肠 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ No smell at all. Very chewy and tender on each bite
粉肠 ⭐ ⭐ Abit of bitter aftertaste. Not the best I had tried. Not towards my taste bud. Can skip
三层肉 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Very soft and flavorful. Texture was just right and the fat and lean meat all right proportion
蛋 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Very nice braise egg.
猪皮 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Must try for this. Very soft and almost melt in your mouth type.

Really enjoyed the luscious flat rice noodles with the broth, against the cilantro and fried shallots. This combo was the highlight for me; I want a double portion of this goodness to slurp next time. (It’s really small)
