The following sharing are based on our unbiased personal opinion and experience Hearsay this kway chap store very popular in the hood and only start operating from 830pm till late. Today happened to be in the hood after an appointment so take some time to give it a try. Kway ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Very smooth bowl of kway the soup has a slight hint of herbal taste to it very appeatising. Kway was so smooth that it slide down your throat without effort. 小肠 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ No smell at all. Very soft and tender dip with the dark sauce it was near perfect 大肠 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ No smell at all. Very chewy and tender on each bite 粉肠 ⭐ ⭐ Abit of bitter aftertaste. Not the best I had tried. Not towards my taste bud. Can skip 三层肉 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Very soft and flavorful. Texture was just right and the fat and lean meat all right proportion 蛋 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Very nice braise egg. 猪皮 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Must try for this. Very soft and almost melt in your mouth type. Overall ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ can try. Must try Follow us for a gastronomic experience and discover the world finest in its purest form

Economy rice stall by day, kway chap stall by night; this stall's claim to fame isn't just that it opens for dinner and supper till the wee hours of morning. . Their soy braised pig offals are clean-tasting, with a good variety of cuts, all at affordable prices. . The wide flat kway teow / rice noodles is served in a light soy and herb broth, the slippery smooth sheets picking up the salty sweet flavour well. . It's easy to pick and choose the sides, with crunchy preserved mustard greens with vegetal sour salty sweet flavour, spongy dried tofu puffs with salty savoury herbal earthy flavour, and bouncy soy braised chicken egg with eggy salty sweet notes. . For pig offals, the tender large intestines have salty savoury herbal earthy flavour, the gelatinous braised pig's skin carries fatty salty savoury herbal flavour, and the tender braised pork belly has meaty salty savoury herbal flavour.

It’s good — not 35-min-wait-good (very few things qualify), but good nonetheless. Arrived at 8:03pm to an existing line that very quickly doubled behind me. Really enjoyed the luscious flat rice noodles with the broth, against the cilantro and fried shallots. This combo was the highlight for me; I want a double portion of this goodness to slurp next time. (It’s really small) There’s an ample selection of offal — the crisp tofu skins on the top rack are great. Also had pork belly, large intestine, pig ear, braised tofu, eggs, and chicken feet. Good chilli. $23.30 for 2 pax. It’s very local and slightly overwhelming to order if you don’t understand Chinese; I missed trying tongue and pig skin cuz I didn’t know which brown pool to point at 😂 And although the dining experience was at a table that leaned like it came from Pisa, I would prob actually return.

My favorite new spot for Kway chap and supper! Not a wide variety of dishes offered but everything that I liked and ordered was on point. Had all the different kinds of pig intestines and they were all perfectly cooked. No funky smell or after taste. Very clean and fresh. And very well braised. Also worth eating is the fried bean curd sticks which are also served in the braise liquid. They may not be crispy anymore but were still so delicious having soaked up the savory braised sauce. The kway ( flat white rice noodles) was so smooth, thin and fresh. The soup! It was the best Kway chap soup (or lor, as some people call it) I have had. Ever. I finished the soup before anything else and went back for more. The young chefs were very kind to give me a refill! I have gone back a second time within a week!!

Ordered kway chap for 2. Didn't ask for colon entrance and another intestine part for $19. Ingredient range from average to great. There is only one part that i don't really like which is small? Interesting which is bitter for some reason. I didn't have diarrhea afterwards. Fried beancurb skin was a delight while chicken feet was one of the best I had. Others are mostly average with offal having a good bouncy chew to it. Pork belly was average but i do like their pork skin. Overall i do like their varieties the most in Singapore i have encountered but it is just so confusing to order 😥 like I don't know which part is which. I guess it takes time to figure my fav parts out.

Great for night owls hunting for supper, business starts at 8pm, and runs all the way to 3am. The a la carte style of ordering kway chap works really well for people who prefers specific items in a kway chap set, you get to choose only the items you want and skip the rest. The intestines were all thoroughly cleaned and well marinated, and the soy sauce broth that it comes in is not too salty or oily. The kway (Rice sheets) were served in a light, mildly salty soup that you can top with fried shallots. Would recommend ordering their 大肠头 (Da Chang Tou) which has a fattier texture compared to the usual 大肠 (Da Chang).
