Food is unique. My parents and I tried the Red Duck (红烧鸭)- it's simmered and cooked in alcohol so it has a unique flavour. Veggie is called 过猫 (i think it's what they call vegetable fern because they take the young curly shoot of ferns and stir fry it) - tasty and not something we've tried in Singapore. Also ordered the 汤圆 which is the flour balls in soup - it's very very soft, almost like gnocchi or mochi but less dense and very soft.
