Hotel Restaurant ''Aleksander'' — Restaurant in Bashkia Pustec

It seems the person who rated this place well didn't stay long... or maybe he is acquainted with the owner. We stayed more than a week with a group or 10 cinematographers. It was a working stay, not a holiday stay. I have travelled a lot in my life, and I have never, ever, seen such a bad service. 1- food was very scarce. one piece of meal, with bread and cheese. Every two days, the same meal. and meat or fish only once every 2 days. No fruit, no dessert, ever. 2- music screaming from the audio speakers from 10am to 10pm. and everyday the same Macedonian playlist. 3- no dressing nor cupboards in the room. Your stuff must stay in your luggage. 4- The staff doesn't smile (or 2 seconds per day maybe) and does NOT speak any language other than Albanian and Macedonian. 5- a friend got sick and threw up in her room. The hotel director said that she had to clean it herself. We had to argue for a long time, and menace to file a complaint, before finally making her do what is required in a normal hotel. 6- shower and toilets are together in a tiny space. Everything was perfect, we ordered traditional food salad ect. The staff was so friendly also the chief was very professional. The view was so beautiful and peaceful fresh air and lake view was wonderful. We like the food also the rooms of the hotel. So cozy and comfortable. I recommend to everyone who wants a quite place. Далеко от трассы, примерно 30минут, дорога к отелю плохая. На ужи в ресторана заказали курицу с картошкой, курица жесткая разогретая На сковороде. Комната без отопления, хозяйка сказала утром будет солнце и согреет комнату. В комнате есть теплые пледы Но они очень тяжелые и ночью давят весом. Шторки в ванной комнате нет, всё забрызгивает водой. Утром горячей воды нет. Матрас и подушка не удобные, ночью очень плохо спалось хоть и вокруг тишина и умиротворение. Завтрак яичница булка, помидор, маргарин, сыр, шоколадная паста, чай.
