Pamja e Qyteteve — Restaurant in Kruje

The restaurant is located a bit outside the crowded maze of kruje packed with tourist . The walk is worthy the amazing view and the fantastic meal we had ,I would say the best one of our Albanian staying . We found this hidden gems , we were the only guests since it was rather late for lunch .Nonetheless the owner was extremely kind and prepared an excellent meal . We had salad with fresh vegetables (tomatoes , onions , peppers , olives ) from her garden, cheese , stuffed peppers, aubergines , and some lambs chops. She offered us as well a delicious homemade rail and some figs from her garden to complete the amazing lunch. Prices were really good . The lady who spoke Germans was very nice and her food was really a dream! If you visit kruje, you can’t miss this restaurant! Highly recommended!!! I would give much more...

Would give this place 10 stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A short drive to the outskirts of Kruja, but so worth it! Wonderful hosts greeted us and found us a table with an amazing view. So far so good, but the best was yet to come - we'd already had some lovely food in Albania but this was superb - traditional food with most of the ingredients grown in the hosts garden and cooked to perfection - totally mouth-watering. The couple who own this place can not do enough to make you feel welcome and provided complimentary fruit and schnapps to round off the meal. In case I didn't mention it already, the food was sensational. If you are anywhere near here, do not miss this...

Do you want to enjoy local dishes prepared with love? In a very friendly atmosphere with a beautiful view over the Adriatic coast (especially during sunset)? Then you should visit Pamja e Qyteteve. The lady of the house offered to put together a menu consisting of various local specialties. It was delicious! The extremely friendly owners are Albanians who have returned from Germany. We had a nice chat with them (in German). As mentioned, the dinner was delicious, but above all it was a special evening. Highly recommended! Worth more...
