All the way from London to Annaba, to spend few days with family .
Yesterday was the plan to have dinner at this restaurant - here is to talk about my experience and to share some feedback .
As it is Eid holiday occasion the restaurant was crowded with people so all sea view tables were occupied. So we decided to choose any other table we spoke to the waiter if we could change later if one of sea view table becomes available ( waiter agreed) we ordered then after few minutes one of the sea view table become available we moved (disclosure: the food did not arrive yet, so no hassle or mess to move the food to the other table).
Once we moved to the other table the cashier or the owner (whatever) come to us and talked with such a grumpy attitude , asked to move back to the other table I asked him politely "is it possible to sit in this table , as the order did not arrive yet so should be fine " He said once the order is completed and added to the system you can’t change the table because the Chef will mess up with the orders . I was super confused with this justification and asked why this can’t be changed in the system 😅😅😅 ) his answer was like “ this is my restaurant's politic” , I was shocked as I have never heard about this kind of politics before I told him I have visited the world and eaten at Michelin star restaurants but never faced something like that He said forget about the world and you are in Annaba 😅😅 I decided to leave , my mom was a bit upset with him as she has chosen this restaurant for me because it is clean and new - Personally my eyes eat before my mouth, so she wanted to make me happy He responded to my mom " listen I am under pressure and I can’t deal with this … "
Kindly take into consideration the below improvements:
Please work on your communication and customer service skills
Be professional with positive attitude because you are dealing with customers.
Learn how to work under pressure because I am pretty sure your restaurant is only busy during festives or holidays .. so Yeah
Please get rid off of the politics you created because with time you will loose a lot of customers or be clear from the beginning and explain clearly this politics to your team (waiters)
Organisation and management skills : to avoid working under pressure during festives and holidays create a reservation culture and set a table time limit to prevent guests from lingering at their table for too long.
The above improvements will make your restaurant Fancy, not the lights or the...

Dés l'accueil on a senti la chaleur de l'endroit et l'hospitalité du personnel,( ce qui n'est pas évident a Annaba pour le signaler) l'accueil ailleurs n'est vraiment pas terribles.
ils étaient tous souriants et au petit soin. Après nous avoir installé on découvre le menu très varié tout en profitant de la vue sur mer ..juste imprenable.
On passé commande,on a attendu 15 minutes et voilà l'entrée qui arrive . Une salade caprese très bien presentée et très généreuse et subtilement assaisonnée servie avec du panozzo directement sortie du fours ( un peu trop chaud d'ailleurs 😂)
La suite on a pris un roulé à la crème, c'était bon j'ai beaucoup aimé les potatoes Le gratin était plus que bon très généreuse couche de gruyère, fais à base de pommes de terre et de poulet accompagné d'une salade verte .
Comme boissons on a essayé leurs mojito et un cocktail à base de citron fraise ...j'ai oublié le nom mais c'était trop trop bon et surtout rafraîchissant Pour les desserts il y avait pas vraiment le choix ,on a du choisir entre crème brûlée, cheesecake, fondant au chocolat et gaufre je crois. On a finalement opté pour le fondant ....et la je peux juste dire que les gens du jasmin c'est des connaisseurs..... A signaler la propreté de l'endroit....il n'avait des cleaner qui faisait le tour de la salle sans arrêt, les sanitaires étaient super clean ... Et a ma grande surprise (et j'avais jamais vu ça en Algérie jusque là) il avait un espace mère enfant avec une salle de change et d'allaitement...ils sont don le détail 😂 A la sortie on a payé 5500 da pour une entrée,2 plats , 1 mojito ,1 cocktail, 2 dessert. Un prix que nous avons trouvé plus que correct . Au final je voudrais remercier toute l'équipe , pour leurs bienveillance et leur sourire et accueil authentique, et on promet de revenir dès que l'occasion ce présente ( si on revient a Annaba = le jasmin impérativement) .
Ne changez surtout pas les gars, et j'espère que viendrai vite ouvrir sur Alger comme promis 👌👍

Staff seemed more focused on their phones than checking on customers.
